  • Property details — the property address you enter and information you provide in our order form (such as build cost, building size and design type);

  • Order and payment information — your purchase details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details;

  • Communications — messages you send us (for example, enquiries or support requests);

  • Website usage data — information collected automatically through cookies and analytics, such as your IP address, device/browser type, and how you use our site.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information when you use our website, complete our order or contact forms, make a purchase, or contact us. Our address search feature uses Google Maps Platform to suggest and validate addresses as you type. Some information is collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use it

We use your personal information to:

  • prepare and deliver your Report and provide our services;

  • process payments and issue receipts/invoices;

  • respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;

  • operate, maintain and improve our website and services;

  • send you service-related communications; and

  • meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We will only use your information for direct marketing if permitted by law, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, including:

    • Squarespace (website hosting and e-commerce),

    • Stripe (payment processing),

    • Google (Maps/Places address search), and

    • email and analytics providers;

  • Professional advisers and regulators where reasonably required; and

  • others where you have consented or as required or permitted by law.

These providers handle your information under their own privacy terms and only for the purposes we engage them.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (including Squarespace, Stripe and Google) store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to help it function and to understand how visitors use it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.

7. How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including using reputable third-party platforms with their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
