Perth born and raised, I've spent 20 years in WA construction as a certified and chartered quantity surveyor — turning building data into clear decisions.
build intel began with my own family home. Doing due diligence on a block, I pulled the bushfire, flood, groundwater and build-cost data myself — checks most buyers never do until it's too late. Friends kept asking, so I built it.
